At Clémence by rue Madame, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your selected pieces are not the perfect fit, you may return them within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all Clémence tags and security seals still attached to ensure the return is accepted.

• 3.
  Label and Dispatch

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier point or schedule a collection.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our atelier receives and inspects your items, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
